So to call on more experts, scholars, educators pay more attention to the music education of rural primary and secondary schools, to solve practical problems, in order to improve the current situation of music education in rural primary and middle schools. In recent years, pay attention to the rural art education, based on the practical investigation on the rural education in the arts, it is very important and urgent, with theoretical research and practical significance. Based on the literature review, this paper takes the current situation of middle school music education in rural areas of Mishan city as the research object and field investigation, mainly carries on the practice research of rural middle school music education in Mishan City, as well as the research and the echoes of the content, such as equity of urban and rural education, development status and strategy of music teachers, government, school, social, family influence on rural music, explore the causes of its formation and development direction, and to provide reference for the Education Department of Mishan city. Therefore, pay more attention to music education in rural areas and rural music education backward problem imminent, to pay attention to the music education in rural caused more people.
