At the third China-EU basic education curriculum development forum,Doctor Kate Lin whocome from the International Baccalaureate Organization inform that people who have inquiry,reflection and communication ability, rich knowledge, cite, adhere to open and caring, brave, activereflection and the balance of twenty-first Century will be the21st learner’s image.The Ministry ofeducation and Shanghai Municipal Education Commission inform those ten respects that students’academic level index, students learning motivation index, relationship between teachers and students, theteacher teaching way index, index of students’ moral behavior of students’ physical and mental healthindex,and the index of progress of the ten respects will be the measure of the student healthy developmentof academic green index.In2001,the educational field of our country has carried on the educational reformto cultivate the students’ innovative spirit and practical ability promote each student body and mind variousaspects healthy development.In all, we can draw a conclusion on the " student centered" Education underthe concept of education reform has become a trend to be a trend which cannot be halted.Student centered education is to promote the students’ academic progress, the development ofmoral, physical and mental health, master the ability, especially the ability of innovation and practiceability of development, namely, the all-round development of people.while in our education,there still exista phenomenon that expense the physical and mental health of students for students’ academicprogress.How to promote the maximum development of students in the limited teaching time is a questionwe must solve.Students participate embody the “student-centered”of education concept.studentsparticipation in teaching is to stimulate students interests in learning.for this,students can be the realmaster of the class.for this,it can conductive the harmonious interpersonal relationship and improve thequality of teaching. However in our teaching there is a phenomenon that lacks the participation ofstudents.This paper based on the students’ participation in perspective to explore the effective teachingproblems and strategies,to improve the teaching efficiency and puts forward some feasible suggestion.This article carries on the elaboration from five parts,.The content is as follows: The first chapter discusses those aspects such as the research purpose,signification,method andliterature review. The aim of this thesis is to prepare the dissertation.The second chapter introduces the related concepts and seeks the psychology, sociology,pedagogy, philosophy theoretical support.The fourth chapter describes the effective teaching problem that the actual teaching situation andthe lack of students’ participation,and discusses the influence factors of students;participation.The fifth chapter discusses the strategies to promote students’ involvement in teaching and toimprove the teaching effectiveness of several constructive suggestions.
