The Study For The Strategies Of Students’Participation In The The Formulation Of University Management Regulations

Students’ participation in the formulation of university management regulations is an important form for students’participate in the university’s administration.Owing to colleges as a stakeholder organization, with kinds of stakeholder groups. Of which, the students that as a core stakeholder group is eligible, have the ability to safeguard their legitimate interests. With the deepening of the democratization of higher education management and the theory of in-depth research university governance, students’ participation in university management has become an international higher education management reform and development of an important topic. The students involved in the formulation of university management systems, which are essentially within university students to participate in the management of a specific act, the purpose is to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. University students to participate in the current management system developed in the analysis of the problems encountered, and targeted combination of university governance theory, based on safeguarding the interests of stakeholders to take concrete measures to establish a sound management system to develop the participation of the colleges students.The study is composed by four main sections. Introduction part of the first part of paper, clear research background, significance, methods; sort of university management system at home and abroad to develop mechanisms for students to participate in the research are reviewed. The second part of the paper to introduce university students to participate in the management system to develop content and features, demonstration of the students involved in the development of university management system feasibility, necessity, and the significance of the limitation. The third part of quantitative research methods to the management of colleges and universities system developed to analyze the situation involving high school students, and students to participate in the process of analyzing the problems exposed, and from both universities and students to analyze university management system for students involved in the development of factors. The forth part is the last from university governance point of view, based on the logic of stakeholder participation made a sound management system developed by university students to participate in the strategies.
