Teacher training in China has faced tremendous transformation over the past decade. And one of the features of its transformation is the integration of pre-service and post-service teacher training. The transformation has not been finished yet, and is facing a lot of problems. It is of great significance for the innovation and practice of teacher training that we study those problems. This paper studies a individual case and analyzes the wholly perspective of the integration of our country’s teacher training system, and also presents teacher training system of the past century. The content contains the transforming process of pre-service and post-service teacher training from two-track system to integration. In the meantime, this paper analyzes the problems that teacher training system faced in the process of transformation, and points out that integration is not equal to simplification. The integration of pre-service and post-service training exists in a diversified way.Paper mainly uses literature method and survey method. By extensive consulting and analyzing the laws and regulations of pre-service teacher training and vocational training, and to select County F Teachers College of Technology extensive as a case, this paper studies the changes in the process of the transformation from the two-track system to the integration of the school. And also, combined with real interview of this county’s teacher, this paper studies the transformation of education institutions in F Country. In the meantime, this paper also presents the real situation of teacher training colleges in China.Through researching, the post-service education functions of some teacher training institutions in China have not been strengthened. Its merger with adult education institutions makes teacher training institutions transfer from post education to adult education. This transformation brings the consequences of the weakening of institutions itself, which is disadvantage to the development of the whole teacher training system. With the expectation that teacher training institutions can play a better role in the process of achieving integration and diversification and the hope that it can make contributions to the development of teacher training in our country, many problems faced by teacher training institutions currently are described and analyzed in this research.
