July 1991, in the European Federation of Teachers, 12 members of the EC 60 experts proposed the point of"the University-orientation of Teacher Education"that has become basic consensus at home and abroad. 2001, marked by our government issued"Basic Education Reform Outline(Trial)",the eight times basic curriculum reform started. Basic education curriculum reform issued new demands to primary and secondary school teachers, from"Teacher Specialization"to"Teacher Education Specialization", which had become hot issue of the educational circles. Of course, because the particularity of subject attributes, in the process of the university-orientation of teacher education and teacher education specialization , Mathematics has been general concern as a research and academic question.This article does empirical investigation to in-service middle math teachers and the senior university students majoring mathematics teacher education by survey procedure and literature research method. Then, I also make an in-depth comparative analysis to different types and levels of three types of university by comparative method, confirm there are universal existent problem in which teacher education specialty in curriculum system and teaching model of our country presently, and do attribution to the generation of the matter. Presently, colleges and universities that teacher's education engaged in have widespread questions: lack conscious understanding to math teacher education specialization, lack adequate understanding to the variation of math curriculum context in the basic education reform, vie with the curriculum setting of comprehensive university blindly, the influence that inveteracy of traditional math curriculum setting, and so on.On this basis, I combine the theoretical results of math teacher's education with it's practice of reform, make preliminary construction to the integration of curriculum system and teaching model. In the idea of math teacher's education specialty, I put forward the instructional thought like"adequate to theory","attach importance to practice","system innovation"and"literacy standard", improve the structure of curriculum on the curriculum system construction of math teacher's education specialty, promote the character of teacher specialization, enhance the integration of general course, protrude the literacy of teacher specialization, reduce math specialized course, promote the function of"Educational Academy", regrade two kind educational course, strengthen thought integration, construct course modality of"Subject Amalgamation", unfold the summary of course structure and proportion of math teacher's education specialty. In the integration of curriculum and teaching model, according to the different kind of curriculum nature and learning stage of teacher's education specialty, I think there are three leading type to teaching model and learning stage, that is, participating teaching and meaningful receptive learning, eliciting teaching method and research study, case based teaching and reflective learning, and put forward operability suggestions to teaching practice.Finally, in my opinion, towards spot, towards"field", towards base ,and do"grass root study",is evitable choice for people engaged in math teacher's educational research.
