| Constructing the service system of graduates’employment guidance is an important means to promote the college graduates to obtain employment successfully, and plays an important role in daily administrative management and student management of various colleges and universities. In recent years, with the reform of higher education system, most colleges and universities in China began to pursue the expanding in enrollment at the beginning of this century, followed by the rapid increase of graduates’ number each year. The employment’s problem of college graduates were foregrounded gradually. It slowly evolved into a big issue concerned by universities and even the whole country and society. The Ministry of education is also standing on the first line to solve the problem of college graduates employment at first, to establish the employment service center of national college graduates was established in the first time. At the same time, the employment service centers of provincial college graduates under the leadership of provincial bureau of education were set up. Each college and university also worked out their own special employment guidance services, according to the instruction of Ministry of education and provincial bureau of education, to strive for providing more effectively guidance in the graduates’ employment. After several years of efforts, we have made considerable achievements in national college graduates employment. However, we have to acknowledge that there are still many problems about the graduates’ employment, for example:less attention of leader, lack of professional career guidance staff etc.This article is to present the current employment situations of Chinese universities as a jumping-off point, summarizing the past problems, and strive to suit one’s methods to the situation, finally gives some reasonable suggestion and measures. In this paper, through the analysis of a large number of literatures, combined with the on-the-spot investigation and interview, it is not difficult to find out this research frame is very clear. This article makes an analysis at all levels and gives a gradual summary, beginning with the problems raised from college’s employment guidance service, and finally points out the problems existing in the construction of employment guidance service system. For instance, ignoring the systematization of employment guidance, the lack of theoretical guidance of employment, the lack of clear goals, some special characteristics of employment guidance, such as:short-term, periodic, sporadic. According to these characteristics of employment guidance, we can further integrate existing resources through the establishment of corresponding employment guidance service system in various colleges and universities. Through unified planning, unified understanding, making good use of the good employment guidance service system, we can effectively solve the existing problems in the process of college graduates employment, and exploit the huge advantage of employment guidance and service. |
