The Late Qing Dynasty is the beginning of the Modern Preschool Educationsystem in China, in this period the feudal education system was destroyed, the neweducation system was established. During the period of the Republican is the periodof the development of the Modern Preschool Education system. Modern significanceof pre-school education laws and regulations system, the organization of thepreschool education system and preschool education curriculum structure systempreliminary established.The study to Preschool Education system in all aspects ofthese two periods traces the history of the beginning of the Modern PreschoolEducation system in China, makes a summing up of the experience of thedevelopment of the Preschool Education system, supplies us historical use forreference.In this study, the historical methods and literature research methods were usedto analysis the target system, the rule system, the organization system and theequipment system of the education system. In this study, I also analyzed changes inPre-school Education system, include change content, approach to system changeand changing motivation. And summed up the historical experiences ofreference from the study.This research is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction.Defining the concept of education system andpreschool education,the reasons of subject selection,the values and methods of theresearch as well as the frame of this paper.The second part is theoretical basis.The institute of the theories includinginstitutional theory and institutional change theory.The third part is the content of the preschool education system of the late QingDynasty and the Republican.The fourth part is the preschool system changes in the late Qing Drnasty and theRepublican.The fifth part is epilogue.Through the study of Pre-school Education systemduring the period from the late Qing Dynasty to the Republican, I conclude thefollowing revelation: we should attach great importance to the combination of pre-school institutions and family education, absorb and learn from the advancedexperience of foreign countries actively, laws and rules to guarantee theimplementation of the Pre-school Education and the development of Pre-schoolEducation, pay attention to popularizing the Pre-school Education, emphasis on theinvestigation and documentation of the Pre-school Education development.
