School norms are the important guarantee for the smooth conduct of education and teaching, as the education reforms the relevant aspects of students’ freedom like creativity and individuality become into a hot issue with the development of freedom, when the students’ freedom become the focus we found that there is a gradual deepening of the contradiction between the norms and freedom in the school education, resulting in the phenomenon of school norms and student’ freedom of mutual alienation. Therefore, to understand the meaning of freedom and norms and to clarify the relationship between them, and thus to see through the drawbacks of the current school norms is the key to solve the problem.To build good school norms are the important condition to ensure the students’ freedom and healthy development.There are totally six sections in this article:Part Ⅰ, introduction. In this part we mainly discuss the origin research practical and theoretical significance, and the relevant research that solve the problem in recent years, and the research summary.Part Ⅱ,discuss the connotation about freedom and norms and their relationship.We discuss the meaning of individual freedom and social norms’ freedom and the features of them from a philosophical perspective, and then analyze the relationship between freedom and norms.Part Ⅲ, we mainly discuss the types of the freedom and norms and the value of them. Students’ freedom is the major way to get the innovation, is the basis of the virtue, is the protect of the development of personality traits, mainly including the freedom of thought and expression, freedom to learn, moral freedom, freedom of self-development and individuality, freedom of communication and so on;Other, school norms are the necessary condition of the students how to adapt to campus life, is the important guarantee for the teaching, is the inevitable requirement of the students go into the community, it includes ethical requirements and system specifications. Part Ⅳ, I will discuss the problem about establishing and carrying out the norms. The manager control one-way is the main features when school norms establishing, the purpose of dislocation gradually deepen, resulting in alienation between students’ freedom and school norms, students’ freedom loses and overflow, school norms lose their original value.Part V, face the problem of school norms, I try to provide some suggestions to the regulation. Teachers as the leader and guider of the entire activity, while imparting knowledge but also concerning about the freedom and growth of the students, in allusion to this phenomenon about norms and freedom dislocating, teachers should focus on students’group when they realize their own freedom, base on the different types of norms in order to better promote the students’ development of the freedom.PartⅥ, conclusion.I will review the article and point the gains from the research and disadvantage. And I should do better in the disadvantage in the future.
