Teaching is the main way to transfer knowledge, as the classroom is the main place of teaching, culture is not only teaching content, but also the carrier of teaching. These show that teaching、classroom and culture are three closely linked, interconnected, interrelated factors. A university is a place to cultivate talented guys and the research base of effective teaching. But effectiveness of classroom teaching in university is very worrying. Since there is no direct relationship between the evaluations of university teachers and teaching, the students have no pressure of entering a high school, as a result, the effective teaching requirements are not higher than a middle school. Therefore the university classroom effective teaching quality is hoped to improve. It has been for a long history to make a research on the effective teaching. No matter from the psychology、sociology、economics or other fields, the teaching effectiveness has been very popular. Culture, existing in the classroom, is quite a common thing, but always neglected, which has also not been used to solve the teaching problems, and just regarded as the content of teaching. For nearly20years, we become studying the culture as a culture. This article will mainly tell you the effective teaching methods from the new perspective of culture. From the angle of three-dimensional teaching culture, namely the value, mode of thinking, behavior, I inherit critical of traditional teaching method and then develop it. My aim is to open a new research field for effective teaching in University classroom and to suggest how to improve the effectiveness of university classroom for your reference.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part, the author will introduce the reference definitions、 theories used and the status quot of cultural studies both at home and aboard.The second part, the author will make research into the relationships between the culture of teaching and effective teaching from there angles of the chemical value orientation、behavior and ways of thinking. By setting science evaluation methods of effective teaching from the view of culture, definite what effective teaching of university classroom are on the cultural significance.The third part, the author will analyze the present situation from the cultural perspective of university classroom teaching. Through real classroom lectures, analyze the advantages and disadvantages at present.The fourth part, the author will reflect in view of the present situation, the solutions and suggestions are given on the effectiveness of classroom teaching in University of the corresponding.The fifth part, the author will make a summary of the study on the teaching from the angle of culture.
