The government documents "the decision of the State Council on the reform and development of basic education in China" was promulgated in2001. It is the first time to use "teacher education" instead of the long-term use of the concept of normal education, and the teacher training was included into the open teacher education system.Such training is different from the late20th century for the purpose of obtaining a diploma qualifications compensatory education,but to continue educational learning for the purpose to improve the professional competence of primary and secondary school teachers,which has become the Chinese government resolve to expand access to quality educational resources to promote balanced education development of education policy initiatives.Government, schools, and primary and secondary school teachers have high expectations of the relevance and effectiveness of teacher training. Targeted training began to be emphasized, embodied in the training content; effectiveness should be emphasized at the end of the training, reflected in the training effect.Pertinence is necessary for effectiveness,there is no target there would be no effectiveness.Therefore, training targeted content is one of the important factors to achieve the training effect. Based on this, this paper based on the primary and secondary school teachers’educational technology training process, training content according to the influence factors of the sequence carried out a systematic analysis and in-depth exploration.This work mainly includes the following three aspects:This paper first defines the connotation of sequence in the field of education, put forward the training content is sequenced from the dynamic range of training scenarios, division and refinement, decomposition and associated of the training content, determined the relative order presented to teachers.On the basis, according to the existing docmestic and foreign literature of sequence, put forward the influence factors of sequence.Secondly, this paper is compiled based on foreignal sequence of course content and the sequence of the content in the teaching,analysis the modern decision science,dialogue teaching theory and post-modern perspective on curriculum support for training content sequencing. Draw lessons from the existing sequenced based on the dialogue of teaching model and case teaching model;on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of the educational technology training content,this paper includes the scope of training content,the organization of training content and the arrangement of order,generates the sequencing guidelines of primary and secondary school teachers educational technology training content.Program proposed need to go through the validation of the practice.Due to the limitations of the actual study conditions, the last try will generate a mentoring program translated into questionnaires to Hongze County line primary and secondary school teachers, through the analysis of the data validation the sequencing guidelines reasonable, especially the determination of the order.
