China is a large agricultural country with long history of farming civilization.The issue of agriculture and agriculture has always been a major topic of concern to the party and the state.The rural youth are the key groups in the process of rural social transformation and development.Women occupy half of the rural youth population.They play an irreplaceable role in family,life and children's education.They are human capital that can't be ignored.Rural young women after the reform and opening up as a generation growing up,is both young and female workers,farmers,four identity groups,whose educational level is directly related to the overall quality of the female and the role in society's status,even education and quality offspring,thereby affecting the future of the country and the fate of the people.The proportion of the total population of the peasants in Shandong is large,which is more typical and reference for the investigation of the education level of the young women in the countryside.Jining city is the central city of Shandong province in Southwest,including Liangshan County,Jiaxiang County,Zoucheng City,which is a traditional agricultural county,characteristic agricultural county,mixed agricultural county representative,as by the case study of the rural education situation of young women with the general applicability and deep value.This paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey method,data analysis method,the theory of human capital theory,education equity as the support basis,based on the three part of the township in Shandong County,Jining City,relying on the field survey data the author made systematic analysis of present level situation of education of rural youth in three counties of Shandong Province Women in Jining city.First of all,the education of young women in rural areas is generally maintained at the junior high school level.Most of them finish nine years compulsory education and high school and secondary school education,but the proportion of educated women is low,and high-level talents lack.The average number of years of education is 9.2 years,and there are obvious regional differences.The reasons for the failure to continue the study are mainly due to their poor academic achievements,poor learning attitude,lack of interest in learning and insufficient support for the family economy.The related training of continuing education is popular among young women in rural areas.Most of them want to be trained in practical technology,and favor the way of short-term training and distance education.Secondly,it deals with basic personal and family variables with the educational level of the Spearman and Gamma test to verify the age,marital status,whether the one-child,family income,parents of the highest degree of education.It is worth noting that significantly influence the level of education of parents on the education level,and further conversion matrix analysis method is described in detail on the education status of intergenerational mobility.Finally,we analyze the social impact of rural young women's education level on their individual living status,their childbearing views and their children's training.In order to further improve the education level of young women in rural areas,improve the status of education,and increase investment in women's human capital.Aiming at the problems arising from the education of young women in rural areas,from the aspects of educational investment,educational structure and educational concept,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to increase investment in education,achieve educational balance,optimize the educational structure,promote the coordinated development of all kinds of education,transform educational concepts and provide institutional guarantee.We should strive to improve the level of young women education in rural areas,meet the needs of agricultural development in the new era,accelerate the pace of building a new socialist countryside,and achieve rural revitalization,improving the education of women in an all-round way.
