A Research On The "National Training Plan" Of Rural Primary School Physical Education Teachers Of Jiangxi Province

"National training plan" is the implementation of the Ministry of education, theMinistry of Finance for the spirit of the17th National Congress of the CPC incarrying out the requirements of the party and education program for the rural areasin China, in order to improve the whole quality of teachers, the balanceddevelopment of compulsory education, the promotion of basic education reform,strengthen rural education quality. Jiangxi province began to implement the"national training plan" in2010, has attracted the attention from all walks of life.This article through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method, undertake to NormalUniversity of science and technology of Jiangxi2011"national training plan" ofJiangxi province rural primary school physical education teacher training programand short-term training were analyzed, and the embodiment of actual situation, to thesports teaching of rural primary school in Jiangxi province of the training of studentsand the feedback investigation. To find out the influence of the "national trainingplan" factors in the implementation process, put forward the correspondingcountermeasures.The results show that:1Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University successfully completedits commitment to the Jiangxi province rural primary school physical educationteacher short-term training program, the participants recognized, better the effect oftraining, in the training process, to get some work experience, to assist teachers inthe role of a great, practical teaching is very popular.2Jiangxi province rural primary school physical education teachers have a greatimprovement in the aspects of physical education and health education idea, teachingmethod, extra-curricular sports training, campus sports culture construction, tobecome the backbone of rural primary school physical education and healtheducation in our province and the "seed". Through their exemplary role, promote therural primary school physical education and health education to improve the quality,promote the overall level of PE teachers in Primary School of rural promotion. Butin the professional skills, physical education teaching of new curriculum concept,educational science research level remains to be further improved. 3The main factors restricting the sports teaching of rural primary school inJiangxi province are: relatively lagging behind in rural Jiangxi Province primaryschool physical education teaching idea, school leaders do not pay enough attention;rural primary school sports less capital investment, teaching equipment, a seriouslack of physical education teachers in rural primary school; more part-timephenomenon, and not high degree of specialization; physical education teachers tolow wages, work actively is not high.4To solve the problems in the process of training: practice course is little, thetraining content can not meet the actual needs of students; training form and studentpreferences conflict; time arrangement is not reasonable.This training project although in practice there are some problems, but up to thenational Ministry of education basic goal of "national training plan", by theparticipants alike. How to make more effective the implementation process, solvingpractical problems of physical education teachers in rural primary school, also needto be further investigated.According to the conclusion, and puts forward some suggestions:1strengthen "national training plan" propaganda work2establishing the provincial expert team of the rural primary school physicaleducation teacher training needs;3the reform of training model of teaching, practice teaching;4reasonable arrangements for training time, improve training effect;5to establish the network teaching platform, strengthen tracking guidance;6"Jiangxi province rural primary school sports teaching principal trainingproject", to provide protection for the sports teaching of rural primary schoolmanagement;7to establish security system to solve any menace from the "rear", students.
