The higher education during the period of the Republic of China developed veryfast. The higher education policy which guides the direction of development andreform of higher education in the period of Republic of China in the macroscopichistorical background that has accomplished the modernization transformation. Forthe study of evolution of higher education policy during the period of Republic ofChina is the important contents that connecting with the higher education policy andsprouting and carrying forward Chinese higher education policy adjustment andtransformation.
