The new curriculum reform has been advocating inquiry-based learning, focusing on training students the ability to collect and process information, the ability to acquire new knowledge, analysis and problem-solving skills, and the ability of the exchanges and cooperation. Primary and secondary schools curriculum standards IT also stressed that the effective implementation of IT education is to improve students effective use of information technology in all disciplines to learn and explore, to actively participate in social practice, and to actively engage in lifelong learning to expand students adapt to the modern information technology skills required for social life, and the consolidation of information literacy and awareness of technological innovation.Now, IT courses in a special status. First,students have no high emphasis to IT courses.Second,IT teachers usually use traditional teaching methods to taught, can not take full advantage of a variety of teaching methods and collect information in the Internet, and according to the need product into the form of a website, courseware, etc. Teachers can not create learning scenarios and atmosphere to attract the students ’eyes to the classroom and conquer the students to fully mobilize the students’ motivation and involvement of consciousness, so that students enjoy learning, to enable students to recognize that, in addition to chat and play games, IT can also be so interesting and useful, so the students are really into each lesson and love the IT course.Miniquest teaching model is developed from the Webquest teaching model. It is a miniature WebQuest teaching model and it is inquiry-based learning activities in a network environment. Students participate in solving a real theme or problem and the teacher provide a framework that can guide the students with a problem and specific network resources to answer meaningful questions, so as to promote students’s critical thinking and knowledge construction.This research use literature review method, questionnaire, interview and experimental method. Teacher applicats Miniquest model in the IT instruction of junior high school to test students’ attitudes on Miniquest model, and test that if Miniquest model can strengthen student interest and enthusiasm in learning IT courses, improve student’s learning initiative, innovation, sense of teamwork and scientific inquiry ability. This research concluded that the majority of students like this instruction model,and teachers can often use this teaching method, and Miniquest teaching model can improve the students ’interest in learning IT,can improve students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative, but also can improve students’ sense of teamwork and the ability to innovate.
