| The project of distance education of middle and primary schools can help to realize high quality education resources between urban and rural mutual sharing, promote rural primary and secondary school education degree, improve the rural primary and secondary school education efficiency and quality. September2003, the state council convened the first time in the history of Chinese national education work conference, issued by the state council on further strengthening the rural education work of the decision. This topic in carding, analysis the distance education of middle and primary schools under the premise of theoretical basis, deeply and systematically on the domestic rural elementary and middle schools distance education development and present situation were summarized, and with a domestic areas of rural elementary and middle schools distance education implementation as a case, based on a questionnaire survey, literature research and so on many kinds of ways to carry on the investigation, the analysis of the development of experience, summed up the existing problems and influence factors, and try to explore solutions to these problems and countermeasures of development. The significance of the research is to further promote the implementation of modern distance education foundation and the thorough application, so as to promote rural basic education reform and development.This article is consists of five parts:The first part is an introduction which mainly elaborated the research background, the problems put forward, the research significance and research target, and clear the research ideas and research methods.The second part for the theoretical basis of distance education of middle and primary schools, mainly in the literature research is described on the basis of the development of Chinese distance education, distance education characteristics and application, the rural elementary and middle schools distance education overview.The third part is the distance education of middle and primary schools present situation investigation, in order to objectively survey data as the basis, points out that the rural elementary and middle schools distance education existing problems, and from the conception of factors, regional factors, talent level factors from three aspects: the attribution analysis.The fourth part for the distance education of middle and primary schools development strategy to explore, in this part, according to the study results, the rural elementary and middle schools distance education existing problems put forward the development of the tentative ideas and solutions. First improve the remote education theory, followed by strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, to promote a wide range of resource sharing, and the third, increase the support strength at the provincial level, and to realize the great-leap-forward development in underdeveloped regions, and the fourth, the construction of rural primary and secondary school modern distance education demonstration base, leading to regional development.The fifth part is the conclusion, this study are summarized, and puts forward the research deficiency. |
