Research On The Problem Of Students’ Drop-out From County Vocational Education Center

County vocational education centers have played a positive role for thedevelopment of vast rural areas, which had been established since the1990s. In recentyears, the position of vocational education in the whole national education series isbeing improved continually, the countryside vocational education has developedrapidly, along with devoting much attention to the vocational education. But with thedevelopment of county vocational education centers, they met multiplex resistances,difficulties, and new challenges in their development path. Schools pay greatattention to student loss along with their rapid development, because serious studentloss has become one of the most important factors, which influence and restrict thedevelopment of schools as well as the training of high-quality professional andtechnical personnel in the countryside. Therefore, it is an important topic and arequirement of healthy and quick development in county vocational education centerto face up to student loss problem of county vocational education center, to find outthe reasons for the student loss, to put forward scientific and reasonablecountermeasures for reducing and controlling of student loss in the school level.The students’ drop-out problem is quite serious in the case of current expandingscale and rich school experience in county vocational education centers, the students’drop-out number in each semester is still growing, even if school pay attention to andcontrol students’ drop-out. In this paper, it is started with the analysis of students’drop-out and its reasons existing in county vocational education center, based onrelated literature, and taken the vocational education center of the author as a researchobject, many interviews with the school’s teachers and students are included in it. Theauthor analyzed the students’ drop-out reasons of county vocational education centerson the basis of collecting and collating typical case causes, expounded and verifiedthe existing measurements of controlling students’ drop-out in many ways, found outthe existing defects and the insufficiency in controlling students’ drop-out, understood on student’s drop-out problems in many ways, and provided a scientific andreasonable solution for the students’ drop-out. The author investigated and analyzedthe school education and teaching in many ways around students’ drop-out ofvocational education centers in the thesis, focused this study on: in the existingconditions, through efforts of county vocational education centers to reduce andcontrol students’ drop-out, it is an effective solution for student’s drop-out that all thepeople participated fully in the whole process to control students’ drop-out.
