County-level vocational education center is a major agency to develop rural vocational education in our country. The county vocational education center undertakes the task of cultivating high-quality laborers for the society, which plays an important role in promoting rural economic development and social progress. The development of the county vocational education center lies in the improvement of teachers’ overall quality. However, for some historical reasons, the county vocational center teachers there have been many problems, decline in the quality of teachers and teaching ability. Teachers’ job burnout is a more serious problem, which influence the teaching quality of county-level Vocational Education Center and hindering its development. Therefore, it is necessary to do a research on teachers’ job burnout in county-level vocational education center so as to explore and analyze the influential factors and come up with some measures to solve the problem. To do so, this study to do a systematic research on the current situation of job burnout of teachers in Dalian vocational education center, find out the existing problems and analyze the specific reasons. It can help put forward the countermeasures to solve the questions about county vocational education center teachers’ job burnout.This research mainly divide four parts:The first part describes the necessity, the purpose and significance of this research and previous studies conducted comprehensive summary of the evaluation. It also illustrates some main concepts.The second part discusses methods used in this study and the research process. This research uses questionnaires and interview method. It studies about four teachers in County Vocational Education Center in Dalian, aiming at the status and reasons of job burnout.The third part describes the status of Dalian County Vocational Education Center teachers’ burnout and finds the current problem. What’s more, it analyzes the reasons for these problems, mainly including aspects of the teachers, the school organization, social environment, families, students and parents.The fourth part according to the analysis of problems and reasons of teachers’ job burnout in county-level vocational education center, this study puts forward countermeasures in three aspects, teachers should continue to self-renewal, the school must adhere to the people-oriented and society to establish a support system.
