At present,there is very little research on the performance appraisal of professional teachers at county level.The purpose of this study is to explore the performance appraisal system which is suitable for the professional teachers of county-level vocational education center or to put forward relevant opinions and Suggestions,for the county vocational education center,professional teacher performance appraisal work smoothly and the development of the county vocational education center,management,and provides the ways and means,for the professional teachers’ performance salary allocation,personnel promotion,provide important basis for refresher training,as well as positive incentive professional teachers,promote the professional teachers’ personal development and the development of the county vocational education center.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,education of county vocational education center is different from education of other schools,and the teaching task of professional teachers in county-level vocational education center is different from that of other school teachers.County vocational education center is a school in the integration of vocational and technical education center,the professional teachers in the school students of record of formal schooling education tasks,but also to undertake non-academic education of adult vocational skills training,on-the-job training for enterprise employees,farmer skill training,scientific experiment and demonstration,the production and business operation to the countryside poverty relief,etc.,which makes the county vocational education center,professional teacher performance appraisal are also different from other school teachers’ performance appraisal,so in the county vocational education center,professional teachers performance appraisal,should reflect this particularity.Second,through questionnaire survey,the current appraisal system carries on the analysis of our vocational education center,find out the problems existing in the current evaluation system of our vocational education center,such as unreasonable appraisal system,can not embody the characteristics of teachers and professional teachers,all kinds of appraisal system separation,no system is not comprehensive,evaluation purpose,evaluation form,evaluation results using incomplete,cannot have incentive effect,etc.Third,some countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to improve the performance appraisal system of professional teachers in county-level vocational education centers.The performance assessment system of professional teachers in county-level vocational education centers is integrated independently,the main body of the assessment is integrated comprehensively,the assessment cycle is diversified,and the assessment results are applied comprehensively.Relevant departments should give understanding and support to the performance assessment of professional teachers in county-level vocational education centers,and introduce corresponding incentive measures.The performance assessment of professional teachers in county-level vocational education centers should also be related to the culture of county-level vocational education centers.Fourthly,combined with the relevant national policies and regulations,reference at home and abroad a large number of different schools for professional teachers’ performance appraisal index,combined with the questionnaire survey,preliminarily determines the county vocational education center,the key indicators of performance evaluation,professional teachers,a total of three level index,six secondary indexes.The three primary indicators are teaching,education and scientific research.The six secondary indicators are teaching workload,teaching quality,quantity of education,quality of education,thesis and topic.Fifthly,by using the analytic hierarchy process,we have obtained the key index weight of the professional teacher performance evaluation of the county-level vocational education center.The first level index weight of professional teacher performance assessment of county vocational education center is: teaching index weight 0.5,education index weight 0.286,scientific research index weight 0.214.The secondary index weight of teaching indicators is:teaching workload is 0.546,teaching quality is 0.454;The secondary index weight of the education indicators is: 0.556,the quality of education is 0.444;The secondary index weight of scientific research index is: the thesis is 0.667 and the topic is 0.333.
