With the all-round development of education informationization, the west inrecent years of primary and secondary school teaching environment has great changeshave taken place. How to make better use of information equipment in education andimprove the level of education are problems which the primary and secondary schoolsare facing. In addition, the compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards(2011edition) teaching has made the corresponding specification for problem solvingand reasonable use of modern information technology in mathematics, especiallyemphasized the importance of improve students’ ability to solve problems.The author discussed the background of the informationization of Education,combined of its own investigation practice conducted in this study. This paper dividedinto six chapters:The first chapter is introduction, mainly from the research background, problem,research purpose and significance, and research the design aspects of this research hasmade the simple elaboration;The second chapter is the literature review ofmathematical problem solving research, problem solving is the core of this research,this part is mainly from the concept of "problem solving", mathematical problemsolving the status of the research on the current research of mathematical problemsolving comprehensive review;The third chapter is the theoretical basis of this study,the part around the question solution teaching elements: students, teachers, thesituation, the resources to involve philosophy, children’s cognitive developmenttheory--whitehead process of related theory, and the theory of mathematicalknowledge classification and representation are expounded;The fourth chapter is thekey to this research theoretical research, which are based on mathematical problemsolving process, the elementary school mathematics teaching design thinking, theteaching of problem solving environment to explore, under the informationtechnology environment is proposed based on solving problems of elementary schoolmathematics teaching design principles, and then under the information technologyenvironment is constructed based on the elementary school mathematics teachingdesign model of problem solving;The fifth chapter is the verification of the modelresults, In the teaching practice background elaboration and classroom assessment scale, student questionnaire, teacher interview outline design based on the teachingpractice, the collection of data, the model of the guidance effect analysis;The sixthchapter is the summary and reflection, In this part the author summarize the researchof the thesis, points out the deficiencies in the study and the prospect of further study.
