Eighteen reported that comprehensively improve the quality of civic virtue, which is thebasic task of socialist moral construction. Children’s moral education lays the foundationfor improving the ideological and moral quality of the whole people. Purpose of thisstudy is to guide parents and children to look at the relationship correctly, to educate childrenfor their moral education, to improve parenting skills and child’s ideological and moralqualities, so that parents and children get double development. Through the study of thissubject can enrich the content of parenting, helping children to form good moral habits,making greater harmony harmonious parent-child relationship, parenting educationinstitutions continuous improvement and development, social and moral education to furtherimprove effectiveness. The research method is mainly literature analysis, observation andinterviews.Parenting education institutions in early childhood moral education research status are:domestic researches are the importance of children moral education, educational content andteaching methods. Abroad, according to the behavior of children of different ages analyzedthe cognitive and moral development of children moral theory.Children moral education in child-parent educational institution is the full developmentof the needs of young children, is the formation of the fundamental guarantee of social andmoral ethos. Parenting and moral education is directly related to the level of quality of ournational level of quality, stability and development of the society as well as overall nationalstrength. Children moral education is characterized by early sexual, lifelong, subtle andtargeted.The problems of children’s moral education in the parenting educational institutionsare educational idea, curriculum, teachers, educational principles and parent participation. The causes of the problems are the commercial tendency of the parent-child educationagencies and the bad social management system.The countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the moral education of youngchildren education institutions are renewing educational concept, improving the curriculum,enriching the educational form, improving the educational environment, strengthening theteam construction, improving the quality of teachers, strengthening “three party” cooperation,form the resultant force of education, increasing the support of the government andstrengthening social supervision.
