As an important part of speeding up the education of primary and secondary schoolsteachers team and management team construction, and also the choice for the graduateeducation and elementary education. Education quality is the lifeline of education of Masterof education. Through the analysis of the problems associated with the course of full-timemaster of education, this paper provides guidance for the development of full-time master ofeducation in the practice of strategy based on the theory of Taylor curriculum evaluationprinciple, and Strengthen the the profession, practicalness and application of full-time masterof education’ cultivation. This paper is mainly divided into four parts:Part One: the paper elaborates the research’ background, research’ significance andresearch’ dynamic. Based on the research scope, the paper defines the relevant concepts inorder to make clear the research emphasis.Part Two: Introducing theoretical basis of full-time master of education curriculum qualityassurance system. And Summarizing the characteristics of curriculum quality assurance system.And discussing the three corresponding curriculum quality. The paper selects Taylor curriculumevaluation principle as the basic theory of this study, and introduces the basic content of theprinciple from four levels: the course target, Selecting to learn experience, How to organize thelearning experience, and Evaluating the effectiveness of the learning.Part Three: Through the interviewing method, this paper analyzes present situation andproblems of full-time master of education in the process of cultivation. And also itsummarizes the causes of the problems from five aspects separately, such as the curriculumtarget, curriculum system, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and curriculumevaluation.Part Four: Combining with the above problems, the paper puts forward thecorresponding countermeasures and Suggestions based on the Taylor principle of curriculumevaluation: Clearing curriculum objections; Optimizing the Settings of course modules;Integrating course content; Perfecting curriculum implementation mode; Improving thestandards and methods of curriculum evaluation.
