Employment quality is an important indicator of university personnel training quality,and it is related to the reputation of university, the quality of university students and thesustained, healthy, harmonious and rapid development of university, then the reflection of thepersonnel training quality in colleges and universities is of great significance.On the basis of the relevant literature on the collection and analysis, the survey sampleof this research is388Master graduates of H University2013the first signing, thequestionnaire design of employment quality is introduced from work unit, working conditions,job security, job prospects and job satisfaction. Combine with interview, this paper useSPSS19.0software for data descriptive analysis and correlation analysis. The results indicatethat the employment striving phenomenon of Master graduates is obvious, the phenomenonof professional counterparts is remarkable, the unit’s security system is not perfect, trainingand promotion mechanisms are not round, and job satisfaction is generally not high. Throughthe analysis of the reasons for this phenomenon, this paper put forward the correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions.
