Social capital is a sociological theory of the rise in recent years, it theconnotation of the concept of capital is extended to the field of sociology, andattracted the attention of many experts and scholars of Sociology."Individualism-Collectivism" perspective, starting from meso level, and field research on Raoraovillage’s social capital position, revealing the personal social capital and communitysocial capital is here, access to and the use of, as well as the characteristics ofChange and Reconstruction and why.
