Research On The Cause And Countermeasure Of Secondary School Teachers' Occupation Burnout

Teachers' occupation burnout is a widespread phenomenon in the current education system.It will have a negative impact to the level and progress of teaching and to the physical and mental development of students as well as the implementation of the national education policy.Nowadays,we are confronted with education transformation and under this circumstance,secondary school school teachers often encounter the following problems:negative emotions,the gradual disappearance of individual individuality,the gradual reduction of individual's teaching achievements etc.Thus,it will bring about a sense of occupation burnout and psychological decadence as a result.If the symptoms can't be timely and effectively resolved,it will surely cause a negative impact to the development of China's education and the students' future fate.Therefore,it is of great and practical significance to analyze and discuss the problem of occupation burnout of middle school teachers in China and to put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.This paper tries to make a thorough research on the current occupation burnout of middle school teachers.It focuses on the following four aspects:personal factors,school perspective,work characteristics,social factors and so on to clear out the adverse effects that brings out to the teachers themselves and others.In this paper,the author gives some effective suggestions on avoiding the occupation burnout phenomenon through a series of research work for the middle school teachers in the workplace.The following aspects are included:firstly,we should continue to enhance the overall quality of teachers;Secondly,we should make reforms of educational system and provide the teachers with a good teaching environment;Third,from the social point of view,we should reduce the pressure of working teachers;Finally,we should adhere to the concept of people-oriented,concerning about the humanistic care of teachers'job.
