Informatization level has become an important symbol to measure the comprehensive strength of a country or region. Education information of primary and middle school as an important part of education information where has a great significance for transformation of education thoughts and ideas, deepening reform of the education, improving the quality and efficiency of education,cultivating of innovative talents, which is also an important force to the new curriculum reform of primary and secondary education in our country.China is a vast country and the economic development is unbalance, which caused the regional differences of education development and all kinds of different status of education information. The author in line with the sustainable development of the original intention of promoting minority autonomous regions of Xinjiang primary and secondary education, select the Bayinguoleng Mongol Autonomous Prefecture deputies to conduct surveys and studies. Xinjiang Bayinguoleng Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture is located in the northwest underdeveloped minority enclave, by the region’s economic, cultural development of primary and secondary education informatization, formed a minority education mode. In this study, the Xinjiang Bazhou area middle and primary school education informationization present situation as the starting point, adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, interview, observation, and other research methods, status of informatization of education in middle and primary schools in Xinjiang District of Bazhou to do a comprehensive research, summed up the area existing problems, try to put forward some practical the feasible countermeasures, in order to help the region’s education informationization. The thesis is composed of five parts:The first part is an introduction of the research background, research status, research objectives and significance, research ideas and methods.The second part is the theoretical basis of the education informatization. This part mainly elaborates the education informatization related concept definition and the theoretical basis for this writing, the theory research on the analysis of the back played a foreshadowingThe third part is the design of the questionnaire and collection process. This section mainly through questionnaires, observations and analysis, carried out a questionnaire survey of the status of the selected eight schools in four counties and one city in primary and secondary education, survey subtotals. And on the basis of summing up the existing major problems and difficulties of education informatization construction in primary and secondary schools in Bazhou area.The fourth part is the analysis of the status of information technology education in primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang Bazhou area. Through the SPSS analysis software to carry on the statistics and analysis of survey data to analyze the causes of the problem.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions. This section is based on the analysis in the fourth chapter of the current situation, in view of the Bazhou area of information technology in education in primary and secondary schools to carry out the work process problems, propose measures of improvement.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect. Based on a comprehensive summary and evaluation of research results, pointed out the deficiencies of this study and prospect of the future of education informationization in primary and middle schools in minority areas, to establish the direction for the follow-up research.
