Based on the analysis of the talents training modes of two schools inHeyuan District: Heyuan City Health School and Dongyuan CountyVocational School of Health, the paper identifies the existing problems ofthe talents training modes in secondary vocational health school inHeyuan District, and explores the strategy to improve the talents trainingmodes, in order to provide research material for the education andteaching reform in secondary vocational health schools in HeyuanDistrict and form the basis of the policies introduced.This paper adopts the three-chapter structure of putting forward,analyzing and solving problems. Firstly, in the introduction part, thepaper makes clear the reasons for the topic selection, and then providesthe definition of "secondary vocational health school","mode" and the"talents training mode". It then analyzes the research results of talentstraining modes in secondary vocational health schools at home andabroad. Based on the surveys and interviews of students and teachersfrom Heyuan City Health School, Dongyuan County Vocational Schoolof Health, and the experts from some hospitals and pharmacies in thePearl River Delta and Heyuan District, the paper analyzes the problems inthe talents training modes in the secondary vocational health schools inHeyuan District, finds out the reasons for these problems, and finallyproposes countermeasures to solve these problems. Through the research, the paper concludes some problems in thetalents training modes in the secondary vocational health schools inHeyuan District, Guangdong Province. For example, there is no accuratetargeting, the setting of majors does not keep pace with the times, thecourse system is not mature enough, the training approaches are weak,the training system is not perfect and it is not implemented in place, andthe training evaluation is not scientific enough. The paper puts forwardfour main countermeasures, that is, the repositioning of trainingobjectives; the optimization of training process; the perfecting of trainingsystem; the evaluation of innovative training.
