Although the secondary health vocational school in our country achieved some gratifying results with the revolution and development for several decades to train many practical talent personnel for primary medical and health care institutions as well as the pharmaceutical production and operation enterprises. But with the development of economics and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, Higher requirements in professionalism are put forward to health care workers.Therefore,The secondary health vocational schools not only face serious challenges, but also get great developing chances.For this reason, secondary health schools should actively respond to challenges, reflecting on their own shortcomings and furthering the reform,and seize the great opportunities for development, in order to keep healthy and sustainable development demands.Looking back at the development of secondary health vocational school in our country,the shortcomings in training models make it incapable to satisfy the meet of talent market and must be reformed. Although the secondary health vocational schools in our country follow the education concept of work-integrated learning and school-enterprise cooperation,practicing the "2 + 1" talent training model,the secondary health vocational schools can not highlight features such as skill,professional and practicability for being subject to the particularity of medical education and traditional disciplines training system.So, this paper raises “the trinity” training model in response to make some efforts on the revolution and development for the secondary health vocational school in our country.This paper is divided into four parts to discuss: In Chapter One,the reason to choose this topic,significance of research,the methods and the line of thinking are explained,also the literatures are reviewed,the relafed concepts are defined. Chapter Two studies on the basic theory and practicability of “Ternary” training mode. In order to provide necessary theoretical foundation for “the trinity” training model, construction principle theory,cooperative education theory, Dewey’s “learning by doing”theory, Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives are researched. “The trinity” training model will be constructed in Chapter Three by consultating from the experts using Delphi’s method, collecting the expert’s consultation and analyzing the consulting result. Chapter Four mainly studies on the trial of “Ternary” training mode. It takes pharmacy major in Chaozhou Health School as asample to analyzes the trial results about “The trinity” training mode by stratified sampling,questionnaire surveys, interviews and other methods.
