Urban Ecological Safety Of The Surrounding Countryside PSR Based

2013is a very important year for the urbanization construction of our country. Our country enters a fast urbanization of cities’ rebuilding and establishment, and the urbanization rate has been reached50%. At present, many cities tend to pursue the economic growth unilaterally and ignore the construction of the ecological safety of the villages around city. How to adhere to sustainable development and satisfy the demand of ecological safety under the shortage of resources and poverty has became a seriously unresolved problem faced by development of the villages around city. As a special part of urbanization, there are many causes that make us do research on the ecological safety at now. Such as, the countries around city have high ecological sensitivity, the influence of industry produces heavy pollution.Ecological security refers to a condition that a country’s ecological environment resources can meet the needs of the social and economic development, such as natural environment, social environment and economic environment. Also the social and economic development is not subject or little subject to the restriction of resources and environment and threats at the same time. The focus of this article is constructing the ecological security assessment of the villages around city which is basing on the P-S-R model and taking Yangzhou as an example. Then, combining the evaluation indicator system.I put forward countermeasure to improve ecological security level, this will also provide security for the villages around city.There are many ways to evaluate ecological security at home and abroad. For example, the fuzzy integration judge method, the method of analytic hierarchy process, principal component projection method, regional carrying capacity method, gray correlation method, digital ecological security method, Back-Propagation network method,the landscape ecological pattern method, etc. Along with carrying out the ecological security of national and areas, as the foundation and core competences, a number of scholars have made research and exploratory on ecological security of cities. But the research for the villages around city is still in its infancy. In this paper, I analyzed the PSR concept model that put forward by OECD and UNEP. The research methods are based on the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy integration judge method; with these two methods we can get a more objective ecological security valuation.The main contents is as follows: Firstly, I sum up the development, safety evaluation and security patterns of ecosystem security. Making summary of ecological security’s theory foundation put forward a new definition for the ecological security of the villages around city.Secondly, making a presentation for P-S-R Model, make a demarcation between the villages around city. Constructing the ecological security assessment on the base of the force of ecosystem environment depravation and making ecological security evaluation indicator to be independent.Thirdly, taking indicator of the villages around cities’ecological security, applying the method of analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy integration judge method to appraise the villages around Yangzhou’s ecological security.Finally, analyzing appraise result comes from the above valuation and raising measures to guarantee the ecological security of villages around Yangzhou.
