Part of the current physical test system of students, however, measurement cannot be tested for disabled people, this study is in line with the principle of "equality, participation and sharing","health first" guiding ideology, starting from the intellectual disabled students, to develop and apply to intellectual disabilities should be gradually improved student physical health standard.However, some indicators of student physique test system the current can not be tested on groups of persons with disabilities, in this study, the spirit of "equality, participation and sharing" principle,"health first" guiding ideology, from the beginning of students with mental retardation, seeking suitable for testing index of intellectual disabled students physique health.Based on the above reasons, this study tries to experiment, in the existing "national student physique test standard", find out the physical health index is suitable for students with intellectual disabilities and was unable to complete the physical fitness index. Then, on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign mature test indicators and expert discussion to develop alternative index is not suitable for intellectual disability students index, through experimental verification of alternative indicators applicability and operability. To promote the healthy development of China’s intellectual disability students physique, to provide experimental data for the physical health of students with intellectual disabilities.Through research came:1, and intelligence disability students exercise, and movement participation and learning far up not to body development and the physical and mental rehabilitation of needs;2, and1000m run (male), and800m run (female), and50m run, and introduction body up (male), and skipping, and basketball movement, and football movement and volleyball pad ball, intelligence disability students overall cannot smooth completed, which Ⅱ level (heavy degrees) of completed degrees lower, four level (mild) of completed rate high, near Yu General students. This is because poor students with mild intellectual disabilities moving power closer to ordinary students, poor motor ability of the students with severe intellectual disabilities. Intelligence disability students learning movement project of age more late or no learning had above movement project, school in intelligence disability students of sports learning and exercise aspects also cannot for intelligence disability students provides strong guarantees, so intelligence disability students only cannot smooth completed above project;3, and1000m run (male), and800m run (female) alternative indicators fast squat up has related relationship; introduction body up (male) and alternative indicators push-ups of correlation very obviously; skipping of alternative indicators and original indicators also has high of correlation. Proxies can be used as test indicators that reflect the same physique of students with intellectual disabilities;4, students with intellectual disabilities are able to test alternative indicators and to complete a test.
