Along with the development of social economy, our country’s scientific and technological level are also constantly improve, every industry requires a lot of solid theoretical foundation and strong practice ability of application-oriented. For the objective of the higher education, cultivating applied undergraduate talents more and more important, this is the result of times development, is also the requirement of diversified higher education development.With the popularization of higher education, the center city set up more colleges, the colleges and universities have also become the main force of higher education. Center city college as the most important part of the applied undergraduate education, can cultivate a large number of high-quality applied talents, services and promote the development of local economy. However, because our country’s higher education has long dominated by administration, classified development, leading to undergraduate course colleges and universities in the development of the central city’s got a lot of resistance in the process. Central city should begin with the development of "application-oriented" education teaching goal, step by step to improve school hardware and software capability, the combination of elite education and mass education development model, positive health upward development.Based on looking at the center city of undergraduate course colleges and universities and the survey of the literature and practice of talent training, on the basis of experience, bachelor degree of applied talent cultivation conditions of center city expansion in this paper, compared with those of other types of colleges and universities undergraduate course colleges and universities of applied talent cultivation condition is relatively backward central city, main performance in the school specialized courses setting unreasonable aspects, teachers’ level is not strong and practice facilities not perfect. Based on H college as an example, further detailed empirical, and comparative analysis of foreign some good experience of applied talents training, finally combining with the characteristics of current central city development present situation of the undergraduate colleges in our country, gives the corresponding suggestions to improve the education teaching condition of applied talents.
