Research On Talents Cultivating Mode Of Applied Undergraduate Universities

The development of economy,science and technology calls high demands to the quality of talents,how to improve the quality of talents training to meet the needs of society has caused the attention of the colleges and universities.Applied Undergraduate Talents are the product of higher education from elite to mass change,cultivating the employability of college students is the key to enhancing the quality of talents,to cultivate the Employability of Applied Undergraduate Talents has become an important task for Applied Undergraduate Universities.However,our country's some local colleges and universities are in the transition period,Applied Undergraduate Education is still at the exploratory stage,Talents Cultivating Mode as the core issue has not been changed fundamentally,which influence the talented person outputs quality,and make the structure contradiction of the supply and demand of social talents outstanding.Study on Talent Cultivating Mode of Applied Undergraduate Universities is Conducive to promoting the development of Applied Undergraduate Education,improving the quality of Applied Undergraduate Talents.Thus,this paper based on the perspective of Employability,chooses the subject “Talents Cultivating Mode of Applied Undergraduate Universities” as its main topic.It's necessary to know the current situation of the talents cultivating of Applied Undergraduate Universities,if we need to research the talents cultivating mode of Applied Undergraduate Universities in our country.This paper takes 33 from different regions and different levels of representative Applied Undergraduate Universities of the first members of the University of Applied Technology as an example,refers to the “Undergraduate Teaching Quality Report”,the official website information in different colleges and relevant documents.Through the analysis,sample universities have their talent cultivating mode,but from the point of Employability,there are some problems,such as talents cultivating target homogenization phenomenon;talents cultivating process lacking of emphasis on Employability;talents cultivating evaluation needing to be improved and there is no match between the faculty and employability.These can explain the common problems existing in talent cultivating mode of Applied Undergraduate Universities in our country.The cultivation of Applied Undergraduate Talents' employability has become an international trend,and it's relatively well developed in foreign countries.So,this paper takes the typical Applied Undergraduate Universities in British——Sheffield Hallam University as an example,introduces the talents cultivating mode and compares with our universities,and summaries the enlightenment to our Applied Undergraduate Universities: Clear the colleges and universities' position;Set up the educational idea of“ taking the students as the center ”;Take the employability as foundation;Promote the integration of education resources.In the end,according to the background in the study,combines the experience of Sheffield Hallam and the problems of the talents cultivating of Applied Undergraduate Universities,this paper argues that the talent cultivating mode of our Applied UndergraduateUniversities based on the cultivation of employability is the basic direction and choice.Although the Applied Undergraduate Universities have their own practice and their talent cultivating modes are different,their essential features and essential characteristics should be consistent.So,this paper designs the basic framework of Talents Cultivating Mode based on the Employability,and builds it form talents cultivating target,talents cultivating process,talents cultivating evaluation,and faculty.Through the research all above,in order to provide ideas and references for talents cultivating of Applied Undergraduate Universities,improve the level of Applied Undergraduate Education in our country,and cultivate more Applied Undergraduate Talents which meet the social needs and have the employability.
