In many people’s eyes, kindergarten teachers is always female, male join kindergarten be a focus.. Under this background, it launched a heated discussion in the field of education. Many studies show that, for the healthy growth of children, men need to join the kindergarten. But in fact, the number of male teachers in kindergarten still can be counted on one’s fingers. Why do they remain or have other plans? The few male teachers still stand fast their posts,how to think their own living situation?On the basis of this, I carried out on their study.This study used literature method, interview method to do a research about teacher L,teacher A and teacher C of their living situation. This research from the following aspects to do:male kindergarten teachers’ professional identity, social status, salary, job stress and leisure time, interpersonal and social care, love&marriage situation and living conditions, and continuing education training, the future development.The research is divided into five parts. The first part is the reason of selecting this subject and the significance of this article. On the basis of analysis about scholars at home and abroad on the living situation and the definition of living situation, it has further defining the living situation of male kindergarten teachers. The second part direct three male kindergarten teacher’s living situation from above eight dimensions of their depth interview, and based on this do a analysis. The third section summarizes the factors affecting the living situation of male kindergarten teacher, mainly includes four aspects: social status is not optimistic, salary is hard to satisfy, the work pressure overwhelmed, teacher training have false hope.The fourth part of the paper is the factors affecting the living situation of male teachers and put forward constructive path selection, mainly include:to change the traditional concept emphasizing social identity; creating space for development, leading the growth of male teachers; put own mentality right, having positive self-support.The fifth part is epilogue------wonderful expectation for improving living situation of male kindergarten teachers.
