With the continuous deepening of educational reform and quality education, musiceducation as an important branch of school education, plays an increasingly important rolein culture multidimensional and high-quality student. On elementary music education, inrecent years, has made some achievements: New educational concept and penetration ofbasic education continues to improve, the teaching content continues to expand and enrich;Teachers structure is more reasonable and perfect, the class situation has greatly improved;The advanced teaching equipment grows popular, the extracurricular teaching project hasbecome increasingly diverse, academic research is increasingly cater to teaching practice;Positive connects with foreign thinking and methods, and gradually explore the road ofdevelopment of Chinese education.However, while affirm the progress, there are still some problems to be solved: Contempt of despise music education phenomenon also exists in varying degrees, especially in primary school; Teachers and music education equipment are serious imbalances; the phenomenon of students who love music but do not fall in love with music lessons is still spreadexists.This paper regards the new curriculum reform as the guide, stands on the elementarymusic education, conduct the research through all of10representative primary school of Changle. Using the ways of questioning, talking, case studying, listening to the open class,normal lessons, music disciplines and research, music disciplines workshops, individual interviews, etc., analyzing the actual situation from the implementation of the new curriculum, teaching concepts of music teachers, the age structure of knowledge, classroom management, classroom teaching, the overall quality of music teaching equipment, musical disciplines and research, as well as to carry out the actual situation of extracurricular musicand interest groups to inspect records. And get that should further enhance learning musiccurriculum standards, improve teacher professionalism; strengthen elementary school music teacher education and training, improving teachers ’ professional level; ensure the quali ty of the teaching profession, while enhancing teachers’ spiritual cultivation; expand the scope of music students to extracurricular activities to enrich the campus music cultural content.
