From the age of eighteen, Wang Songzhou went into the pulpit and exuded a strangeglory on three feet of the podium. Because he has a profound thought, abundantknowledge, poetic language and rigorous academic attitude, so when he was32yearsold he became the Zhejiang’s youngest primary school Chinese teacher. In2004, WangSongzhou coached the "Night of Work", and he put forward the "Poetic Language"proposition. Wang Songzhou repeatedly emphasized the poetry of text is thefoundation for "Poetic Language", and further points out the most effective methodof reading the text is the Close Reading. His "Poetic Language" is highly Humanitiesto concern to Language Teaching, advocated the use of language elements for thedevelopment of students as the core, to promote the coordinated development oflanguage and mind. This thesis will comb the Wang Song zhou ’s Close Reading theory’s origin and development, in order to know the formation process of Wang Songzhou’s thought of the Close Reading. In addition, The author will focus on Wang Songzhou’s Close Reading theory and practice.In the introduction, the author from research background, significance,research overview, concepts and research methods to define Wang Songzhou’s CloseReading Teaching. To further explore the concept of Wang Song Zhou Close ReadingTeaching, the author of language education from Western theories and theoreticalsort of literary theory in two dimensions Song Zhou Wang sources close readingteaching. Secondly, the author in accordance with changes in teaching philosophyZhou Wang Song chronological analysis of the development of the sense of languageteaching, teaching sentiment, poetic language of the three different stages ofdevelopment and change text reading Wang theory.The second part is the King of Song Zhou professional growth process and itsClose Reading Teaching.
