Research On The Innovation Of Training Model For New Farmers In Neijiang City

China is a large agricultural country, and rural area is the key to the comprehensive construction of well-off society. The farmers are the owners in rural area, so the farmers become the key to build the well-off society. As the main force in agricultural production, farmers are not only the main practitioners of new rural construction, or the real beneficiaries of construction achievement. From the interest, whether current or long term, high quality, ideological quality education level of farmers and the strength of science and technology, and the new rural construction be bound together in a common cause, and even decides the success or failure of the comprehensive construction of a well-off society. Therefore, farmers in the rural economic development, social progress plays a vital role, its irreplaceable role, strengthen the training of farmers be imperative. Constant exploration and innovation is very important to a new farmers training pattern is effective, the long-term mechanism to increase farmers’ income, long-term guarantee of promoting agriculture development, to promote rural development have long-term effects.The so-called new farmers refer to these farmers who own culture and understand technology. From the view of economics, new farmers are "agricultural businessmen". Training new farmers is so important to build new countryside and to solve the "three rural issues" which related to the overall situation of China’s modernization. This paper mainly includes five parts with5chapters. The first part: Introduction, mainly introduce the background, purpose and significance of research, literature review; the second part:analysis of farmer training and training mode in Neijiang city, including the training of farmers in Neijiang City, Neijiang City, the basic situation of farmers training pattern analysis; the third part:the comparison and analysis of the farmers’ training mode at home and abroad, including comparative analysis, on the domestic and foreign farmers training pattern, and extract their advantages; the fourth part:the basic mechanisms and new farmers training pattern innovation in Neijiang city, mainly based on the advantages of domestic and foreign farmers training pattern, combined with the basic conditions the existing Neijiang, such as the organizational basis, policy basis, investment in infrastructure, design of Neijiang city new farmers training model innovation scheme, and establish a working mechanism for this mode of development; the fifth part:the new farmers training pattern innovation in Neijiang City, countermeasures and suggestions, according to the preceding four parts content establish a sound ", from the policy system, management system, investment system, education system" in four aspects, the innovation of Neijiang model Farmers training pattern countermeasures and suggestions.This research found that the initial success has be achieved about the training of farmers in Neijiang city, but there exist some problems, such as the overall quality of farmers is low, the training effect is not expected, thinking and understanding is not in place, training system, training mode is not scientific unformed, funding is not sufficient, the teachers strength is weak.
