Research Nonprofit Sports Organization Management Of Physical Assets

With the development of society in recent years, China’snon-profit organizations continue to develop and grow. It has been made outstandingachievements in various fields of the society, and the non-profit sports organization isconstantly evolving. The emergence of these organizations has an importantcontribution to enhance socials ports public services and improve the sports livingstandards and promote social harmony and progress etc. Although the policies and thelegal of the non-profit sports organizations continue to improve in the currently, at themicro level, the management of physical assets still exist a lot of problems anddefects., resulting in physical assets management system is not perfect in China’snon-profit sports organizations. The physical assets from repeat purchases to thelowly use efficiency to the disposal unreasonable, there have been a series ofproblems.This is the reason why the management of physical assets is chaotic, there is noreasonable management institution of physical assets, there is no completemanagement system of physical assets, and there is no scientific informationmanagement system of physical assets. It will bring about a directly affect the effectof the use of resources to non-profit sports organizations. It is also an directly impacton the sustainable development of the non-profit sports organizations.In this case,study the management of the physical assets of the non-profit sports organizations isparticularly important and urgent.First, this article from the concept of the physical assets of the non-profit sportsorganizations, the source of meaning and characteristics as the starting points. It hasraised the importance of improving the management of the physical assets of thenon-profit sports organizations, and analyzed the new requirements for themanagement of the physical assets of the non-profit sports organizations in currentsociety environment. Secondly, the paper used documentary research methods, expertinterviews methods, logic analysis methods and other research methods, summed upthe problem of the management system in the present organization and managementmode of the non-profit sports organization. Mainly as follows: pay attention to cash,underrate physical assets, the allocation of resources is unreasonable; pay attention toinvestment, underrate management, the efficiency is lowly; the managementdepartment’s rights and responsibilities of physical asset permission responsibilitiesare not clear, serious loss of physical assets; accounting unreasonable; themanagement of physical assets is chaotic and other issues. It analyzes the causes of these problems in-depth.In order to improve the effectiveness of the physical assets of the non-profitsports organizations, to create greater efficiency of the limited resources and to avoidthe loss, idle and waste of the physical assets of the non-profit sports grouporganization. This paper begin to research methods of clearing the objectives andprinciples of the management of the physical assets of the non-profit sports grouporganization, improving the physical assets management system, establishing andimproving the physical assets management institutions, strengthening internalrestraint mechanism, improving the personnel management system. It tries to come upwith a reasonable, scientific and standardized management method of the physicalassets of the non-profit sports organizations. The last of this paper is an example ofChengdu Sport University, mainly from the management system, operationmechanism, the organization and the regulatory regime, the analysis of the problemsof their physical assets in the management process, and make recommendations,expected to provide some empirical aspects of physical asset management work fornon-profit sports organizations.
