The twenty-first Century competition is the competition of talents, and thelanguage level is a composition of personnel quality. Basic education of talentcompetition finally depends on a country, as an important part of basic education,primary school English teaching quality will undoubtedly have a very importantposition. This is because the primary school stage is the key period of a person todevelop the habit, the best of times and language study.At present, the research on the theory of domestic and international researchthough from different angles, different levels of family factors on students’ Englishlearning problems, have made great achievements; but at the same time, thesetheoretical results in the depth and breadth of remains to be further expanded,especially to study of family factors on Students’ English learning effect are like thevery rare, it’s bad for the basic education English teaching and learning. Therefore, onthe basis of investigation and research, in-depth search and analysis of main factorsaffecting students learning English, and puts forward the suggestions andcountermeasures, to provide theoretical support and practical reference for familyeducation of students learning English.The basic thought of this article can be divided into three levels, first of all,starting from the analysis of the background, theoretical research background, relatedresearch results carefully sorted and summarized at home and abroad, to provide atheoretical basis for the study; secondly, on the basis of deep investigation, problemsin English learning students family factor analysis research and analysis., provide therealistic basis for the topic; thirdly, countermeasures research to strengthen studentsEnglish family education, and provide reference for the development of primaryschool English education of parents.The results show that, as an important part of basic education, family factorshave important influence on students learning English. At present, students learningEnglish is the attention of parents, pupils’ English learning conditions for familycondition, learning interest and the method and the family cultural background. Therefore, parents should enhance their cultural quality, give the child appropriatelearning investment, establish the correct English learning goals, to create a goodfamily cultural environment, master to help children learn English strategy severalaspects, and strive to provide good conditions and environment for the schooleducation.
