Scientific research as one of the functions of the university’sfoundation, the university’s development and assessment of the school has a vital role.Teachers as the soul of the college, who is one of the most important part in thecollege. The teachers also engaged in the scientific research work of the main force.The level of research performance of teachers is the most important determinant tomeasure the performance of university research. Teachers’ research performancelevels of different, which teachers own factors will affect the level of scientificresearch, this topic deserves us to explore.In this paper, the theoretical concepts of human capital to analyze thedevelopment of teachers of academic and research performance. Through the analysisof a local university teachers and research work of hundreds of different disciplines,we draw teachers’ human capital factors influential research whether the level ofperformance, human capital research performance has a kind of impact. The analysisof the results of our analysis of research findings and work.
