| In the past years, evaluation for the school is based by the superiordepartments. We call it top-down evaluation system, and it has lasted for a long time.With the further implementation of New Curriculum Reform and the continuousdevelopment of society, the traditional evaluation method does not accord with thedevelopment of the schools in the modern society. Therefore, exploring diversifiedmode of school evaluation is an inevitable trend. In fact,to invite the DemocraticManagement Committee to participate in school evaluation is the natural choice of ourtimes. The transformation of the social needs the respond of education. Theparticipation of the Democratic Management Committee can promote the furthercooperation of the families, the communities and the schools.This thesis takes a Democratic Management Committee of a Primary School inChengdu City as an example, uses many kinds of research methods to discuss theparticipation of the Democratic Management Committee in the school evaluation. Herefollows three aspects: First, the foundation of the Democratic Management Committee;Second, how can the Democratic Management Committee participates the schoolevaluation? Third, the security of the Democratic Management Committeeparticipating the school evaluation. A mechanism of the Democratic ManagementCommittee participates the school evaluation is summarized, and providing amechanism of parents,teacher and student participate in the school evaluation. |
