Teachers are the cornerstone of the institutions of higher learning. The quality of teacherscan directly related to the school’s quality. It is the reliable guarantee for the sustainabledevelopment of higher education in China. Facing the fierce competition in the talent, wemust establish and manage a team which has both ability and political integrity is anarduous and urgent task.According to the discipline characteristic and the teachers troop growth situation, thisarticle use the coordination theory to analysis teaching staff in colleges and universitiesmanagement mode and the systematic study of the preliminary build up teachers teammanagement mode of coordination theory.So this article has certain theory value andpractical significance.Using the theoretical research and empirical research, first we Explorethe use of synergy theory in university research. Then we describe the succeeding andexisting disadvantages of teaching management of H university. In addition, we buildTeaching management mode by synergy theory. In order to ensure the implementation of theTeaching management mode we put forward some article for H university.
