In recent years, the reform on joint personel training of college-enterprise cooperation directly allow companies involved in the process of personnel training, and it is an important way for developing a powerful new era of highly skilled personnel initiatives. On one hand,college-enterprise cooperation makes it possible of combining the curriculum of vocational education institutions and the actual content of the work.On the other hand, it synchronizes the teaching content of school and the technical progress of enterprises. Therefore, it is nesscerssy for higher vocational education to form characteristics, create brand by cooperating with enterprises. We must make college education combine the actual need of the industries and business organizations.This paper summrized the foreign research review and domestic research review of the personel training of college-enterprise cooperation, and elaborated the research background and significance of this field. Then the paper briefly introduced the relevent concepts of college-enterprise cooperation and divided th drivers of the cooperation into college level drivers, enterprise level drivers, social organizational level drivers and government level drivers. Next, the paper took the N telecom enterprise and A post vocational college(A post college as) as example, described the basic status of them and summarized the dev abbreviationelopment of college-enterprise cooperation between them, including building a synchronized platform and innovation model. On this basis, the problem existed in the collegel-enterprise cooperation was revealed, including the common problems (conceptual issues, mechanism issues and strength issues) and individual problemst in implementing the cooperation (Lack of "Double skills" teachers of A post college and difficult in translating research results into the practice of N telecom enterprise).Finally, this paper presented the implementation of college-enterprise cooperation strategies based on A post college and N Telecom enterprise. Firstly, cooperation strategy choices were given based on game theory. On this basis, an optional collegel-enterprise cooperation mode on joint personel training was provided for A post college. Furthermore,the paper put forward some measures and proposals workable to promote the further development of college-enterprise cooperation.
