A Study On The Mechanism Of Training For Minorities High-level Backbone Talents

Training program for minorities high-level backbone talents is an state’s educational policy with Chinese characteristics.These policies reflect the idea that education equality is important part of nationality equality which is being pursued by our government and coummunist party of China.This program play a quite important role in these education program for minorities.it also show our government attach great importance to the education for minorities.Training program has made great achievement since its beginning in2006.The program has produced a group of talents,including4000with master’s degree and2400with doctorate,and effectively alleviate the shortage of talents in these regions.These talents play decisive role in our undertaking of "new rural construction, the large-scale development of the western region, building a moderately prosperous society", However,there are some problems in implementation of these policies, and at the same time, the defect of the employment security mechanism and the training mechanism have hindered the plan.After my analysis of these problems in this paper, I give five suggestion to solve these problems.
