A Study On Management Strategies To Vocational School Based On Employment Orientation

Employment orientation is the direction for reformation and development of vocational school. To implement the policy "Service-oriented and employment-oriented",is an important approach to improve vocational school’s management. So, studying the strategies of vocational school managements, summing up the problems during the development of vocational school, could provide some supports for government and school.By using the method of case analysis and basing on the research results at home and abroad, the author talked to teachers and students, learned management and development results of the school over the past five years. According to the date on students’employment, this paper analyzes school system, specific management measures and market response.Research shows that, during the development of vocational school, there are many problems. So, it’s necessary to regulate the actions, to improve the management level, to explore the brand building of vocational school.Aiming at the current situation, implementing the employment-oriented " policy, vocational school should highlight humanistic idea, system idea and the open concept, should improve the management methods, should give full play to the employment agency of school, should deepen teaching reform, expand School-enterprise cooperation model, strengthen employment-oriented vocational school brand building, enhance their core competitiveness and manifest their running features.
