Career refers to the career development of individuals in a certain period of time, career education help students in career decision-making and management. It cultivates people’s ability of career planning and pays attention to the whole career development, it shows strong vitality in the education practice. In current complex situation, vocational schools should care and focus on students’ career development.Career decision-making can be view from different theoretical perspectives. The classic people-iob matching theory emphasizes there are differences in each personality structure, when making career decisions, one should to choose the corresponding professional categories according to the characteristics, so to achieve the purpose of matching person with the professional. Subsequent CIP (Cognitive Information Processing)theory absorbs the elements of people-iob matching theory, and concerned with the complexity and the uncertainty of the result of the career, it is beyond the classic career matching theory. Local vocational guidance theory of ternary thinks career guidance should obey the rules of regional, objective and stages, so the vocational guidance should be composed of three disciplines,they are sociology, pedagogy and psychology. Modern boundaryless career theory think that career is a series of jobs beyond the scope of a single employment, heralding the individual is no longer in an organization to finish its lifetime career, but should across organizational boundaries, in different organizations, jobs, professional, and flow between functions and roles.Career decision-making is the object of education care. Vocational school care about career decision-making, firstly a transformation in the concept is needed, it should turn to the pursuit of perfect employment from profession, turn to career success from the pursuit of self-realization. For vocational schools students, career success is going into the professional world smoothly, seeking to a suitable career, gradually adapting to the working system, and can still obtain further development in a professional context, so as to achieve career success. Through investigation and interviews, found that the present situation of the vocational schools in career decision-making is embodied in three aspects:students’ weak consciousness of planning, special guidance and safeguard mechanism is not sound and the curriculum system is deviating from the student actual demand.Vocational schools care in career decision-making need to find the right path, it should build career services to help students to "break through the obstacles", build curriculum system to develop their " potential ", carry out STC practice based on students’"self realization". Education concerning career decision-making is a distinct practical significance of subject, the subject needs various vocational schools to explore diversify with its situation.
