Our country has put more concern for the rural’s economy as the whole economic levelhas improved.At the support of policy on agriculture,the rural areas’ economic level hasdeveloped,the peasant’s living condition has been improved.At the same time,there still manyproblems need solving,which is the most important is the ecologicl environment.The ruralconstruction is not only the aspect of economy,it is also contain theenvironment.However,just because we have put more emphasis on economic developmentthan environmental protcetion,the environment in the rural has showed discordantsituation,the environmental problems has emerged.If we don’t take measures to stopping thedeteriorating environment,it will not only influence the survival environment,which in turnwill affect the development of the rural economy leading to a vicious cycle.Therefore, tosolve environmental problems in rural areas is urgent.At present,our country has pay attention to ecological environment construction, but inthe rural it is still relatively weaker than city. The eighteenth report has clear the status of theecological environment, list it to socialist modernization construction, which is parallelingwith economic development, political construction, cultural construction, socialconstruction,forming the five overall layout that is with Chinese characteristics. Ruralecological environment is an important part of the ecological environment, at the same time,it is an inevitable requirement to building a new socialist countryside. It is urgent to find outthe reason of the problems and and proposed countermeasures to solve current problems.In the current research on the rural ecological environment, it mainly discusses theconcrete environment problems, on base of this, the researchers put forward thecorresponding improvement measures. But from the angle of the farmers who aremicroscopic main body to interpret is very few. However farmers are the main body living inthe countryside for long time, their behavior is closely related to the rural economy and ruralenvironment. As a result, whether farmers behavior is ecological or not is the key to ruralenvironment condition. In this paper, based on this, take the farmers’ ecological behavior asthe research point to study the influence factors of farmers’ ecological behavior,so as to realize the ecology of farmers’ behavior and then Put forward the proposal to farmersenvironment construction.The study selects old rural areas of the TaiHang mountain area in Hebei province asstudy object.Hebei province is the old revolutionary base areas, most of the region have acertain of the old revolutionary base areas,the representative of which is governed byshijiazhuang LuQuan, PingShan, jingxing, ZanHuang; Tangxian,LaiShui, LaiYuan, Fuping,Yi Xian, ManCheng of BaoDing and SheXian of HanDan.The old TaiHang mountains areasin HeBei province is an important part of ecological barrier of Beijing,tianjin and northChina plain,and it is on behalf of sub-humid half arid areas in north China. It is is also thetransition of the western development zone. It is because of its special geographical position,which makes its pattern of economic development and ecological environment plays animportant role of radiation to the overall natural environment in our country, especially to theinfluence of the north China area. Therefore, the study take this area farmers as the researchobject, through implementing research activities and issued questionnaires to study farmers’ecological behavior.This study proposes the influence factors of farmers’ ecological behavior with thestandard of peasants’ knowledge, level of consciousness, and the external environment, onthis basis, it makes the correlation analysis and regression analysis. It also makes a simpleanalysis about the ecological behavior in the differences of demographic variables. Accordingto the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the factors included standard ofpeasants’ ecological knowledge, level of consciousness, and the external environment havesignificant positive effects on farmers’ ecological behavior, and they are the reasons whetherfarmers have ecological behavior. Farmers’ ecological behavior also shows diversity becauseof the differences on age and culture degree. Therefore, in order to realize the ecology offarmer behavior, we need rich peasants’ ecological knowledge, and then improve theirecological consciousness to make ecological behavior internalize for own a habit. But also,we should pay attention to give play to the reinforcement of the external factors. Specificmeasures are as follows,first of all,we can build ecological knowledge popularizationmechanism to promote environmental protection knowledge to farmers using various formsand channels. At the same time,it should combine with the production and life to enhance peasants’ understanding of the environmental protection knowledge. Second, we canconstruct the ecological moral education guidance mechanism and improve the level ofpeasants’ ecological consciousness. Through ecological education, we can change thepeasants’ views on the relationship between human and nature, gradually establish the valuesof "ecological benefits" as guidance, and form the social sense of responsibility, then peasantscan make ecological environment protection internalize for own a habit. Finally, we shouldpay attention to the role of the external environment. The impact of external factors play fromthree aspects of government policy, rural autonomous organizations and he rural culturalconstruction. On demographic variables, peasants’ ecological behavior have diversity ondifferent ages and different cultural ecological behavior, so we need make a concrete analysisin terms of age and strengthen the education of farmers at the cultural level to improve theircultural level. Because the higher the cultural level, the better the ecological behavior.Anyhow, realizing peasants’ ecological behavior has major implications for improvingthe rural environment present situation and realizing the implementation of new socialist ruralconstruction.
