The end of the20th century "positive psychology" to rise in the west, in China the word "positive psychology" appear in the domestic academic field of vision until2003. Since then, Chinese scholars carried out extensive research on "positive psychology"."Positive psychology" is a science which dedicated to discovery and excavation the potential and virtues of our human."Positive psychology" course is designed to improve individual happiness, cultivate a positive experience and positive personality. At present, the course has already been paid high attention by education experts and scholars. According to statistics, in the United States there are more than200colleges and universities have opened the course "positive psychology".As well know as that the most famous are "positive psychology" is the content of "happiness lessons" in Harvard University.At present, some universities in our country also has this course and welcomed by the students. But, according to our country’s sports colleges and universities curriculum view, psychology course is mainly for the sports psychology, there is still no "positive psychology" course introduction to the course system of sports colleges and universities. Therefore, how to introduced the "positive psychology" course to curriculum system of sports colleges and universities has become the focus of this study. So this research try to prove the important practical significance about designing "positive psychology" at sports colleges and universities curriculum in our country.Methods:This study takes the "positive psychology" course design as the research object in sports colleges and universities, on the basis of consulting a large number of books and literature, conducted in-depth interviews with the pedagogy and the psychology of senior experts, combined with "positive psychology"courses in colleges and universities at home and abroad in recent years of successful experience, to designe "positive psychology" curriculum in sports colleges and universities.Conclusions:(1) This article analyzed the present situation of "positive psychology" at home and abroad;(2) This article analyzed the necessity of "positive psychology" course in sports colleges and universities;(3) This article analyzed the feasibility of "positive psychology" course in sports colleges and universities.(4) This article build the "positive psychology" curriculum system about principles of curriculum design, curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum organization and implementation, and evaluation of five elements system, in sports colleges and universities and analyses the concrete class.
