Life education is not filling a bucket,but lighting a fire.College life education should not only pay attention to the cultivation of students’ knowledge and skills,but also pay attention to the cultivation of students’ inner development and happiness,stimulate students to pursue the meaning of life and self-value,and help students become healthy,excellent and happy people.Positive psychology focuses on exploring the positive aspects of people,emphasizing the cultivation of positive life concepts,and paying attention to the positive and positive aspects of life.Therefore,the combination of positive psychology and life education helps to provide useful guidance and help to achieve this goal.The application of positive psychology to college life education is in line with the inevitable requirements of the development of college life education,which helps to improve students’ life literacy and cultivate positive mentality,improve the content and methods of college life education,enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of education,and bring new ideas to college life education.This article adopts a variety of research methods,such as questionnaire survey,interdisciplinary research and system analysis,and is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly summarizes the research status of life education,positive psychology and their combination,and provides basic knowledge for this study.The second part describes the basic concepts of life education and positive psychology,involving the connotation,content,characteristics of life education and the relationship between life education and ideological and political education,and also includes the research content of positive psychology and the goal of applying positive psychology to college life education.The third part mainly expounds the theoretical basis and ideological origin of life education,which provides theoretical support for the study of this paper.The fourth part mainly expounds the necessity and feasibility analysis of the application of positive psychology to college life education,and expounds the scientificity of this article from three aspects: necessity,feasibility and value.The fifth part,through empirical investigation and research,finds that there are still some problems in the course content,teaching methods and educational environment of college life education,and analyzes the reasons.The sixth part is the path to improve the effectiveness of college life education from the perspective of positive psychology.Based on empirical investigation and problem attribution,it proposes countermeasures from three perspectives of course content,teaching methods and educational environment,aiming to accurately target and provide beneficial reference for the development of college life education.
