A new round of curriculum reform, adhere to the "health first", "the comprehensive development of students as the" guiding ideology, the sports participation, sports skills, mental health and social adaptation as the curriculum objectives of the new curriculum. Sports participation is an important way to cultivate students’ abilities, develop students’ physical ability and shape their healthy psychological quality. Therefore, the goal of sports participation has become the primary goal of several goals. Therefore, many experts and scholars will study areas of concern in sports participation goals, so how to better promote students to attend to the movement, more comprehensive reaching movements involved in this goal has always been a hot issue. In this context, the rise of positive psychology has brought great enlightenment to the sports teaching workers. Positive psychology is a kind of psychology that concerns people’s positive quality and positive subjective experience, and it has powerful function to stimulate and cultivate students’ interest in sports. The effective combination of the two is able to give physical educators reaching movements in the target help, whether on the target reached provide ways and means, with the assumption that, this study will be the concept of positive psychology penetrated into sports teaching, and the teaching experiment research.In this paper, the experimental teaching, the concept of positive psychology introduced our school sports teaching practice, based on the concept of positive psychology of sports teaching possible impact on students’ sports participation goals, draw the following conclusion:1,Wuxi City North High School Students of sports participation target has high awareness, through positive sports teaching experiment, students of sports participation awareness of target has been maintained at a high level, there have been no substantial changes.2, After a semester of active sports teaching experiment, the experimental school students in sports participation behavior, and many other aspects of a larger upgrade.3, Active sports teaching mode through sports and health knowledge, teaching and students to students through personal experience, not only to enhance the health consciousness of students, and mastery of the sports and health knowledge level have a great upgrade.4, Active sports teaching model by setting the challenge of the project, to stimulate the interest of students in physical education, and gradually promote their formation of a certain regular exercise habits.5, Through active sports teaching, students have a certain physical health knowledge, improve the ability to develop exercise prescription and exercise programs.6, Active sports teaching to enhance students’ ability to shape the sports culture atmosphere, cultivate the sports culture quality, improve the ability of sports appreciation.
