IT classroom teaching, it is not usefull to simply improve teaching facilities to enhance the role of teaching effect, interpersonal process in classroom teaching determines the changes of classroom atmosphere and student participation, impacts the whole teaching and learning activities directly and determine the effect of classroom teaching. Thus, starting from the perspective of interpersonal, treat students as the subject of classroom teaching, make them take part in the classroom actively. It is is significant for improving teaching effect. In this paper, treat students as the subject of classroom teaching, research on the participation structure design of high school IT teaching based on the interpersonal, from the practical teaching exploring elements of the structure of teaching participation. We design a participation structure which meet the needs of students and test its effect in actual classroom, make a new attempt to improve the effectiveness of classroom participation and teaching.This paper include six aspects, chapter one expound the background of the study, analyze the research status of classroom participation structure at home and abroad, on the basis of a clear perspective of the research and innovation point of this article. Chapter II describes the meaning of the core concepts of this study, analyzes the structure of the concept of class participation and elements of information technology, based on the characteristics of high school classroom and the interpersonal, analyze of classroom participation structure of high school IT and it’s elements. Chapter Ⅲ through content analysis, based on the interpersonal,design categories, compare two high school IT classroom videoes, analyze the similarities and differences of interpersonal. Chapter IV based on the interpersonal theory and the conclusion of analysis of high school IT classroom examples, design the pattern of the participation structure of high school IT teaching based on the interpersonal. Chapter V apply the pattern of the participation structure of high school IT teaching based on the interpersonal in two high school IT classroom, according to the survey and quality of the work, evaluate the results of application. Chapter VI summarizes the conclusions of the study, point inadequate and put forward how to improve it in follow-up study.
