The development and implementation of school-based curriculum is to implement the needs of the new chemistry curriculum, school-based curriculum can not only promote the development of students’ personality, also offers a new stage for the professional development of teachers, the school provides more important way of creative education.In this paper, through literature research, school-based curriculum function, to establish the significance of the development of school-based curriculum in junior high school chemistry and value. For the realization of the value of school-based curriculum in junior middle school chemistry, develop the diversity and series meet the demand of different student groups of school-based curriculum, we chose the chemistry discipline ontology, chemical science methods, student activities, and broaden our four aspects as the development dimension. These four dimensions constitute the basic framework of junior middle school chemistry school-based curriculum, contains the dimension and the specific elements in each dimension. Any chemical school-based courses can choose different dimensions for more or less elements, in order to realize the different aim of school-based curriculum, meet the needs of different students groups on school-based curriculum. According to the four dimensions of school-based curriculum development framework, junior middle school chemistry school-based curriculum development strategy is:through to the junior middle school chemistry school-based curriculum development of factor analysis, the method of chemical subject ontology, chemical science, student activities and students broaden the content such as a detailed analysis, set up the development of school-based curriculum; With surrounding chemical subject ontology, chemical science methods, student activities, and broaden our four dimensions to establish a coordinate development of school-based curriculum in junior high school chemistry; An arbitrary junior middle school chemistry school-based curriculum development can in an arbitrary coordinates from the coordinate system as a starting point, to study, to open out a field as the main body of the junior middle school chemistry school-based curriculum, to complete the course; Also can start on the different coordinates respectively choosing, whether from which a coordinate point, as long as the complete course elements can be developed a junior middle school chemistry school-based curriculum. Junior middle school chemistry school-based curriculum development based on the requirement of the students first benchmark, through the analysis of students’ needs, developed for choosing different theme on the coordinates of school-based curriculum.
